What we collect

When you use this app, the following information is stored on our servers:

• Your email address (for sign-in).
• Body metrics you log (weight, body-fat estimates, circumference measurements, height, gender).
• Photos you upload (progress photos, with pose and lighting metadata you provide).
• Food and supplement logs (meals, macros, calories, supplement adherence).
• Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest times, templates).
• Sleep logs (bed/wake times, quality, notes).
• Goals, phases, and check-in history.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated on our behalf by a reputable provider. Photos are stored privately and can only be retrieved by your authenticated session.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party advertising or marketing analytics. We don't share your photos, body metrics, or logs with anyone outside the app's infrastructure.

Health & sensitive data

Weight, body-fat estimates, and progress photos are sensitive. We treat them as private by default. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using industry-standard practices. You are responsible for the security of your device and account password.

Deletion

You can delete individual logs from within the app at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently removes your account and all associated data — including your workouts, nutrition, measurements, and photos — and cannot be undone. If you need help, you can also email support@fitphaseapp.com.

Third-party data

The app references USDA food data for nutritional information. That data is public domain. No personally identifying information is shared with USDA or any external food database.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and surface a notice in the app.
