Introducing Fit Phase
Most fitness apps track. Few of them plan. You log your food, you log your lifts, and the app hands you back charts — but the questions that actually decide your results are left to you: Should I be cutting right now? For how long? At what calorie target? When do I stop?
Fit Phase is built around those questions.
Phases, not streaks
Bodybuilding progress doesn’t happen in a straight line. It happens in phases — a cut to lose fat, a bulk to build muscle, a diet break or maintenance block to recover and consolidate. Fit Phase puts that structure front and center: your plan is a timeline of phases, each with a start, an end, and a target.
Targets from your data, not a formula
Generic calculators guess your maintenance calories from age, height, and weight. Fit Phase calibrates it from what actually happens: your logged intake against your real weight trend. When you start a cut, the target comes from your own numbers.
Check in weekly, adjust honestly
Every week, Fit Phase reviews the trend with you: how your weight is moving, how consistently you hit your targets, and whether anything should change. Small course corrections weekly beat dramatic resets monthly.
Tracking that keeps up
- Log meals in plain English — Fit Phase turns them into calories and macros using real USDA food data.
- Plan and log workouts, with a rest timer and progression against your last session.
- Sleep and recovery sync from your wearable.
- Trend weight smooths daily scale noise so you can see what’s real.
