Getting started

Fit Phase is currently in early access. Here’s how it works from signup to your first tracked day.

1. Join the waitlist

Download Fit Phase from the App Store and create an account, or join the waitlist at fitphaseapp.com. New accounts start on the waitlist — we approve people in batches, and you’ll get an email when your spot opens up.

2. Set up your profile

Once you’re in, Fit Phase asks for the basics it needs to reason about your plan: your height, weight, and an estimate of your body fat. Don’t stress the body-fat number — a rough estimate is enough to start, and the app refines its picture from your data over time.

3. Start in calibration

Before recommending a cut or a bulk, Fit Phase spends a couple of weeks learning your maintenance calories from your real logs. During calibration, just live normally and log honestly:

  • Log your meals each day
  • Weigh yourself most mornings
  • Train as usual

That’s the raw material for everything that follows. Once your data is consistent enough, Fit Phase proposes your first phase with a calorie target calibrated to you.

4. Run your first check-in

Each week, open the Check-in tab and run your weekly check-in. Fit Phase reviews your weight trend and intake, tells you what it sees, and proposes any adjustments. You approve or decline — nothing changes without you.
