Logging food
Fit Phase is built to make honest logging fast enough that you’ll actually do it every day.
Write meals like you’d say them
Type your meal the way you’d describe it:
4 large eggs, 1 slice american cheese, 1 pat butter, 1 avocado
Fit Phase parses the foods and portions, matches them against USDA food data, and returns calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber for the meal. No barcode hunting, no picking from ten near-identical database entries.
Portions
Use whatever unit is natural — grams, ounces, cups, scoops, slices, or counts. Weighed portions (“130g chicken breast cooked”) give the most accurate results, but everyday descriptions work too.
Daily targets
The Food tab shows your day against the targets for your current phase — calories, protein, fat, and carbs, each with a progress bar. The Macros view shows the month at a glance, so a single off day stays in perspective.
Editing
Tap any logged meal to adjust or remove it. If a parse ever looks off, rewording the meal with a more specific description (brand, cooking method, weight) usually resolves it.
